The "Beijing New Technology and New Product (Service) Certification" is in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Beijing New Technology and New Product (Service) Certification Management Measures" jointly promulgated by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Beijing Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, the Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, the Beijing Municipal Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, and the Zhongguancun Science Park Administration Committee in 2014. After expert review and verification by the certification panel, the final list of new technology and new product (service) certifications is proposed.
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Beijing New Technology and New Product (Service) Certification Management Measures," the selected enterprises and their products should simultaneously meet the following conditions:
1.They should belong to the strategic emerging industries and modern service sectors that are key development areas in our city, meet the requirements for constructing a "high-precision, advanced" economic structure, and have production processes that comply with energy-saving and emission-reduction technical standards.
2.They should possess advanced and innovative technology, as well as proprietary intellectual property rights.
3.The technology should be mature and the quality reliable, meeting the relevant national and municipal regulations and special requirements for the production and sale of products (services).
4.It should have potential economic benefits and significant market prospects, or be able to significantly reduce production costs, offering a clear price advantage over similar products (services).
The certification of this list plays a role in stimulating the market, enhances the society's capacity for independent innovation, promotes the development of high-tech industries, and provides impetus for improving enterprise innovation and scientific research capabilities. It carries great authority.
