CSTIMES Successfully Convenes the Trade Union Establishment Conference

To better leverage the role of trade unions in promoting enterprise development, fully utilize the sense of responsibility and mission among employees, accelerate the implementation of the company's development plans, and advance the construction of a harmonious enterprise, Zhongxing Era convened a mobilization conference for the establishment of its trade union on November 1, 2018.

During the meeting, Executive Director Jiang Ming pointed out: We actively support the construction of the trade union, aim to build harmonious labor-capital relations, and genuinely seek benefits for the majority of employees.

Presented union propaganda knowledge themed around maple leaves, explaining the necessity of establishing a trade union in the enterprise from six aspects.

Following meticulous preparations in the early stages, at 2:00 PM on November 12th, the trade union establishment conference of Beijing Zhongxing Era Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully convened. This event also invited staff from the park's trade union to supervise and guide the content and procedures of the conference.

2:00 PM, the trade union establishment conference began with the solemn singing of the national anthem.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Trade Union Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Constitution of the Chinese Trade Union," representatives solemnly cast their valuable votes by secret ballot, electing 7 members to the trade union committee. The elected trade union members then deliberated and approved one chairperson for the trade union, one director of the audit committee, and one director for women's affairs.

The elected trade union committee members made a speech, expressing their commitment to do their utmost to handle affairs beneficial to employees, address real issues, resolve difficulties, actively mitigate conflicts among employees, and serve the employees wholeheartedly.

Recently, the trade union's legal entity certificate has been processed, and the work of the trade union is being actively and orderly deployed.

Adhering to the principle of "serving the enterprise and serving the employees," the trade union work at Beijing Zhongxing Era will maintain close contact with the employees, earnestly listen to their opinions and demands, and serve the employees wholeheartedly.
